Drive-Thru Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic for Patients (12+) and Parents!

Parkwood is happy to announce that we have received the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine and will be offering to both patients (12+) AND their parents!

We will have a DRIVE-THRU vaccine clinic at the West Ashley location on Saturday June 5th and Saturday June 26th. We will also open Sunday appointments if the Saturday slots fill up.

All scheduling will be done ONLINE. Please click https://hipaa.jotform.com/211406178290149 to schedule and complete the MANDATORY pre-vaccine questionnaire and to select your appointment time.

If you are unable to attend the June 5th or the June 26th drive-thru clinic, additional weekday dates will be available. Keep a look out on our website, Facebook page and email alerts for future clinic dates at both locations.

Drive-thru will only be available at the West Ashley location.

Things to know before you arrive at the drive-thru clinic

• You MUST HAVE AN APPOINTMENT in order to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. In order to make this clinic run smoothly, only pre-scheduled patients will receive the vaccine. Each patient will need their own appointment slot. These appointments will be made ONLINE.
• All patients and parents must wear masks.
• No other medical business will be done at this time (no med refills, sports physical forms, appointments made, etc).
• If registered patient is feeling sick on the day they are scheduled for the vaccine, they will NOT be able to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.
• Please arrive in the parking lot at your appointed time in order to keep the line moving as efficiently and quickly as possible.
• Please make sure you or your child are wearing short-sleeves.
• All patients must wait in their car for 15 minutes after their vaccination (30 minutes if you have had an allergic reaction to other injectables, require an epi pen or on a blood thinner. We will ask you to remain in the parking lot in a designated parking space to ensure the patient feels well before driving home.
