Virtual Appointments
Please only enter a virtual waiting room if you have a scheduled virtual appointment.
All virtual appointments must be scheduled by calling the office at (843)556-8110. Please enter the waiting room under the doctor you are scheduled with 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Have your child’s height, weight, and temperature ready.
If you do not enter your waiting room on time your virtual appointment will need to be rescheduled. Please no driving during your virtual appointment. Please review and sign the form linked below prior to your appointment.

Prospective Patients
Are you interested in becoming a Parkwood patient? We are now accepting new patients! To ask questions or submit prospective patient paperwork, please call 843-556-8110 or email info@parkwoodpeds.com
To become a new Parkwood Pediatric Group family, we will need the following information:
- All existing medical records for your child, including up-to-date immunization records.
- A signed copy of our Vaccination Policy.
- A completed Medical Release Form for each child.
- A front and back copy of your health insurance card. (Please contact your insurance provider directly to confirm Parkwood Pediatric Group is in-network for your policy).
- A completed New Patient Packet for each child. Please bring this packet to your first visit. We require all patients to have a shot record on file prior to their appointment.
Once we have received all prospective paperwork, we will contact you to register your family and schedule any needed appointments. We are a small practice and do not outsource our medical records process, so please reach out to us if you have submitted all prospective paperwork and have not received a call to register your family.
