Daniel Island Fire Update 3/3/11

March 3, 2011

On Wednesday 3/2/11 we were able to visit the Daniel Island office and assess the damage from the fire on 3/1.  Our main concern was the condition of your medical records. After inspection we found that all records were spared in the fire. Our losses mostly were to furniture, equipment, supplies and medicines. Currently, the medical records have been transferred for professional cleaning to remove any moisture and smell from the fire. We expect to have the records transferred to our Savannah Highway office early next week. It is our intention and plan to reopen on Daniel Island as soon as possible and will keep you updated.

The physicians and staff would also like to thank our patients for the outpouring of concern and the many offers to help get Parkwood back up and running on Daniel Island.

Thank you,
Drs. Rhodes, Kisabeth, Goedecke and Quinn
